Refund,Returns & Exchanges Policy

WE WANT YOU TO BE DELIGHTED WITH YOUR ORDER.
  • CaraCleibh entitles you to return your items within 8 days of receipt.
  • Cara Cleibh is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, we have a 8 days Return Policy for Domestic orders only: In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at ccaracleibh@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Please note shipping costs are not refundable.

PROCEDURE
  • To start your return kindly email ccaracleibh@gmail.com or call +919910206348 (Mon-Fri10-6 IST) in India.
  • Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us.Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.All items must be shipped back to CaraCleibh in its original packaging. CaraCleibh will not be responsible for lost or damaged items, while shipping them back to us.
  • All shipping costs related to the exchange must be borne by the customer.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
